Healthy Sprouted Mung Chat
Mung bean sprouts are low in calories, have fiber and B vitamins, and deliver a boost of vitamins C and K.
1/2 cup sprouted moong
2 tbsp of dried raisins and sliced almonds
1/4 cup of fresh grapes
2 tbsp of pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp of baked sev (look for recipe in healthy baked )
Green chutney (look for recipes in dips and chutneys )
Imli chutney
Preparation :
Mix above all the ingredients together and mix the chutneys and serve immediately with baked sev on the top .
THREE BEAN CHAT

1/2 cup Boiled Garbanzo beans
1/2 of boiled Black eyed beans
1/2 of sprouted Mung
Green chutney
Imli or date chutney
curd (I used homemade curd )
2tbsp of baked sev
Coriander leaves 2 springs
Recipe :
Layer the garbanzo bean down and then black eyed beans and then the sprouted mung and top it with curd and then followed by the chutneys and baked sev .Garnish it with coriander leaves .
Fruit and Nuts Bhel Mix
INGREDIENTS :
1 Small size Gala Apple
2 cups of Puffed rice
1 tbsp of Dried Raisins
1/2 tbsp of silvered Almonds
1/2 tbsp of oven roasted Peanuts(unsalted)
1 tbsp of Red thin poha
1 tbsp of Dalia (chutney dal)
Green chutney (according to ur taste)
Date chutney(according to ur taste )
coriander leaves for granishing
Recipe :
Mix all the above ingredients together and serve immediately
NO BAKE ENERGY BAR
Ingredients :
1 cup of almonds
1 1/2 cup of raisins
1 cup of sunflower seed
1 cup of walnuts
1 cup of dried cranberries
1 cup of dates
1 cup of pecan
1 cup of pistachio
Recipe :
Grind coarsely the dried fruits and nuts in the food processor and slowly it forms in to a ball Then spread on a parchment sheet and cut into bars .
Note :
If isn't binding well add 1/2 tbsp of pure Maple syrup ..
