HOMEMADE ALMOND AND RAISIN DARK CHOCOLATE
Quality dark chocolate with a high cocoa content, then it is quite nutritious.It contains a decent amount of soluble fiber and is loaded with minerals.
Dark chocolate is a powerful source of Antioxidants .It may lower the risk cardiovascular disease .Dark chocolate raise HDL and protects LDL against oxidation .Dark chocolate may improve brain function .Even it protects your skin against the sun .
A 100 gram bar of dark chocolate with 70-85% cocoa contains (1):
- 11 grams of fiber.
- 67% of the RDA for Iron.
- 58% of the RDA for Magnesium.
- 89% of the RDA for Copper.
- 98% of the RDA for Manganese.
- It also has plenty of potassium, phosphorus, zinc and selenium.
Of course, 100 grams (3.5 ounces) is a fairly large amount and not something you should be consuming daily. All these nutrients also come with 600 calories and moderate amounts of sugar.
For this reason, dark chocolate is best consumed in moderation.
Ingredients
Organic Dark Chocolate 8 pieces(85%)
1 tbsp of dark chocolate chips
Almonds crushed (or any nuts of ur own choice )
One small handfull of raisins
STEPS
First dry roast the almonds .Melt the chocolate using double boiling .Once it forma a thick ,smooth consistency .Turn off the stove .Now slowly add the nuts and dry fruits in to the melted chocolate .Pour into the molds and refrigerate it for 3 hours ..Now home made Almond and raisin chocolate is ready .

Who don't love Popsicle ??..Everyone loves it especially kiddos . Being a health freak mom I don't want to give my kiddos sugar water Popsicle .As a result here comes the Fruit (POP) Sicle ..Healthy ,low calorie ,tastier and nutritious to body to our body becoz this made up of fresh fruits .. ;)
Ingredients ;
6 Strawberries chopped into small pieces
8 to 10 blueberries chopped into small pieces

AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Who don't love desserts ????....When it is made healthy and low fat ...Try out this mind blowing dessert and enjoy this holiday!!!!!! .....
Recipe:
2 large Avocado peeled
1 cup almond milk or walnut milk
3/4 cup of pure maple syrup
3/4 cup of dark coco powder
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
pinch of salt
preparation:
In a blender mix all the above ingredients and blend it into mousse consistency and serve with coco nibs on the top .
Note :
Refrigerate for couple of hours to get thick consistency ....
