Chutneys and Dips

                                   EXOTIC SALSA 

 Fresh  homemade less sodium  salsa has tremendous health benefits.My exotic salsa is packed with protein,
vitamin c ,beta  carotena  ,cholesterol free and low calorie salsa .
Ingredients :
                1 large avocado 
                1 small cup  of kidney beans (cooked )
                1 small cup of black eyed peas (cooked)
                1 small of pinto beans (cooked )
                1 cup of mixed green ,yellow and red capsicum chopped fine  
                1/2 of mango pieces (optional )
                2 shallots chopped fine  
                4 jalapenos chopped fine 
                3 small fresh tomatoes chopped and  deseed
                1 tsp of cumin seeds
                1 tsp of salsa picante hot sauce (optional to bring the mexican salsa favor)
                 1 tbsp of organic low sodium ketchup 
                fresh coriander leaves few springs 
               3 dried apricots 
               
Recipe :
         First smash the avocado and then add the rest of above ingredients and serve chilled in the fresh potato basket
